A word about safety
This list is only some of the more common hazards your cat, and your home, may encounter when a cat first comes to stay. With a little planning and some carefully supervised adventures, your cat and your home will quickly come to a state of peaceful harmony.
Please remember that should you at any point be concerned or suspicious that your kitten or cat has eaten something poisonous or otherwise dangerous, don’t feel embarrassed about phoning your vet for further advice. They’re just as concerned about the health and well-being of your cat as you are and sometimes an early response could make all the difference!
